These are two 6" x 4" x 11' balsa sticks that I began slicing up into surfboards today. They slice smoothly but still the grain has a pull that you can feel with the hand saw. These will make the next 4 boards.

Bones
Here is a few views of the framing process. The frames are 100% balsa. I hand cut each frame piece from solid balsa to ensure the rocker and concave and rail shape is exact.
This is a 5' 5" chisel tip that will get a quad setup.
Shop boards.
Shop boards. 6' 0" x 19" x 32L. One has a wider tail for the mushy days and one is more pulled in for the fast stuff.
