5'5" Chisel tip quad

This 5'5" quad is made for going fast on smaller waves. It has an almost flat rocker through the middle but has a bunch (2 inches) of tail rocker and a nice little nose flip to help you snap tight in the pocket or fly off the top. The rails are full and it has a nice generous single concave that starts halfway back and runs out through the slight diamond tail. The tail shape helps make this a fun, easy, fast and loose board while the quad set close to the rail makes it stick in the pocket. This is the go-to board for anything from slightly mushy to very mushy. Works great in the fun stuff too.

New 6'0" rounded pin

This rounded pin tail 6'0" is made to rip anything from waist high to head and a half, from slightly mushy to fast grinding barrels. It has a gentle single to double concave out the back, low entry rocker, and nice full rails, making it very user friendly and super fun to surf. Very strong, very fast and light hollow balsa wood. This one displaces about 32L of water.

Balsa

These are two 6" x 4" x 11' balsa sticks that I began slicing up into surfboards today. They slice smoothly but still the grain has a pull that you can feel with the hand saw. These will make the next 4 boards.

Bones

Here is a few views of the framing process. The frames are 100% balsa. I hand cut each frame piece from solid balsa to ensure the rocker and concave and rail shape is exact. This is a 5' 5" chisel tip that will get a quad setup.

Shop boards.

Shop boards. 6' 0" x 19" x 32L. One has a wider tail for the mushy days and one is more pulled in for the fast stuff.
